Consigning Made Easy!

  • We DO NOT have a yearly member fee.
  • We DO NOT impose a ticketing fee.
  • We DO NOT limit the amount you can bring in at one time.
  • We DO accept items almost every day we are open.

W e know you have many more important things to worry about than figuring out our when’s, where’s and why’s. We try and accommodate you, our partner in consigning. Because of this we have a “drop and go” system, at that time you make the decision to either request non salable items for return or to have us donate them to charities. If you choose to have your non salable items returned we will call when your items have been handled, giving ample time for picking up any “no thank yous.”

P ractically Perfect Consignments accepts clothing ranging from Preemie to Junior’s sizes as well as Maternity, Bridal and Prom. We also accept toys, books, movies, furniture, baby gear, and décor. All consignments must be “practically perfect” and place neatly in a box, paper or recyclable bags, laundry basket or tote. We WILL NOT accept any plastic bags. All clothing must be freshly laundered and free of stains, holes, pills, pet hair, wrinkles, missing buttons, etc. All toys must be cleaned, with complete parts and have working batteries. We WILL NOT accept: breast pumps, diaper genies, undergarments without tags, or any item subject to recall. Prior to bringing in consignments please check items for recall on www.cpsc.gov. A courtesy call when bringing in larger items is appreciated so that adequate space is created for appropriate display.

P ractically Perfect Consignments will research, price, display and market your items so that you can receive the highest return. We have a generous 90 day consignment period on all items unless discussed and agreed upon prior to acceptance. All items are subject to markdowns, seasonal sales, and clearance sales at the discretion of Practically Perfect Consignments. Once the items sell, you will receive 45% of the final selling price. You may at any time during the consignment period remove any or all of your items, unless they have been place on layaway. All items left in the store at the end of consignment period become the property of Practically Perfect Consignments and may be sold, donated or disposed of. Practically Perfect Consignments is not responsible for loss of consigned articles through fire, theft, vandalism or natural disaster.

A s your items sell the funds accumulate in your account. These funds are available immediately and may be used toward your purchases as often as you wish. We also have a monthly payout period which is between the 8th and 15th of every month.

W e encourage all consignors to give back to the community and consider donating their non-salable or un-sold items to charity. For items that are non-salable because of stains etc. we donate to Kiducation and local charities. For items that went un-sold, yet are “practically perfect.” Practically Perfect Consignments is proud to support two very important local organizations: The Johnny Cake Center of Westerly, RI and the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center in Pawcatuck, CT.
